Balance Payment :
If a valid credit card is provided as a guarantee during online booking, the balance payment can be made during your stay, but always before your departure. In all other cases, the balance must be paid no later than 21 days before your stay. It can be paid by bank transfer to our account, holiday voucher (connect), or in cash.

Camping and safari tents open from May 1st to October 31st:
On a camping pitch or in a safari tent, we allow a maximum of 6 people.
It is important for us to know who is staying on our site. Therefore, we ask that you provide us with the names of all guests upon your arrival, as well as any changes in occupancy. This rule also applies to friends visiting us. Subletting safari tents or campsites and/or inviting guests who may or may not stay overnight without informing us is not permitted. Arrival after 3 PM - Departure before 10 AM
Reception is open during the summer from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Outside of the summer, hours are not specified. We can be reached at 06 59 02 80 03 or 05 55 00 52 23.
Camping pitches:
For campsite reservations, we guarantee you a pitch, but it is not possible to reserve a specific pitch.
Late departure between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM? We will charge you for an extra half day.
Departure after 5:00 PM? We will charge you for an extra day.
Cottages and mobile homes: open all year round:
On arrival, you indicate who is staying in the cottage or mobile home. Subletting or inviting guests, whether or not they stay overnight, is not permitted. They are equipped for 4 to 5 people. This means there are beds in the bedrooms for 4 people and a sofa bed in the living room for one person. If you wish to come with 5 people, you must inform us in advance. All our buildings, rentals, and shelters are non-smoking.
Arrival and Departure: The doors of the cottages and mobile homes are open to guests after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests must vacate the cottage on the day of departure before 10:30 AM, or 9:00 AM if you do not wish to clean the property yourself at the end of your stay. In this case, we will charge a cleaning fee of €65. Insurance: We advise you to take out appropriate travel/liability insurance during your stay at La Jaurie. We are not responsible for damage caused by our guests. We are not responsible for theft, loss, injury, or accidents suffered by our guests. The client is required to notify us immediately of any damage that occurs. According to French law, any damage that occurs during a tenant's stay, such as a fire, is the tenant's responsibility. Subletting of the cottages/tents or reserved pitches is not permitted.
Responsibility: Your stay at La Jaurie is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any physical or material damage during your stay on our site and/or during the use of any facilities or equipment, whether accessible or not. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any personal injury, material damage, or loss of property incurred during your stay on our site or in any rental accommodation. We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance for this purpose. Respect the natural environment of the campsite and other people. Do not damage other people's property, trees, or bushes.
Campers or tenants of accommodation may not use the address of La Jaurie as their home address.
Camping and cottage booking and payment procedure:
A reservation is subject to obligations and costs.
The customer chooses the services presented on The customer acknowledges having read and understood the nature, purpose, and booking terms of the services available for reservation, and having requested and obtained all necessary and/or additional information to make an informed booking. The customer is solely responsible for their choice of services and their suitability for their needs; therefore, we cannot be held liable in this regard. The booking is deemed accepted by the customer upon completion of the booking process.
If you make your reservation by phone, letter, or email, it is followed by the payment of an agreed deposit, payable to Mr. Van Nus, IBAN FR76 1950 6000 1100 0853 8924 845 BIC AGRIFRPP895 / via PayPal to the email address mvannus@orange.fr. Please provide your full address, name, and mobile phone number. After receiving the deposit, and if availability is still present at that time, we will send you confirmation by email. If no availability is available when we receive your deposit, we will refund you less any applicable bank charges. In this case, you are not entitled to any financial compensation or a replacement stay. By booking, you agree to our general terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the selected offer(s). In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. Please note that some rates, fees, or special offers do not allow for cancellation , modification , or refunds.

If a camper does not comply with the rules for disembarking, we may take necessary measures, which may include the premature termination of your stay at the La Jaurie Natural Area without a refund.
Cancellation:
The customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, and according to the terms of your booking, you will be required to pay the agreed balance according to the cancellation conditions at the time of your reservation. No-shows will incur a 100% charge. Please note that some rates, fees, or special offers do not allow for cancellation , modification of the booking , or refunds. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations, your belongings, and injuries during your trip. Subletting of reserved cottages/tents or pitches is not permitted.
Credit and special offers:
Credit and special offers Passes granted are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party. They are valid for one year from the date of issue. Prices: Basic prices are displayed at the entrance to La Jaurie. Children up to 12 years old are considered... Children and adults aged 12 and over are welcome. Please note that some rates, fees, or special offers are not displayed. Payment must be made before departure. The local council charges a tourist tax of €0.35 per adult per night. This tax is included in the price. Parking your car : You can access the grounds to charge and unload your (electric) car. Once you have settled in, you are asked to park your car in the car park. This is free and unsupervised. Electric cars : It is forbidden to park an electric car on the campsite grounds or next to a rental accommodation. Charging electric cars at the campsite's electrical outlets is prohibited. Please use the charging stations in the area.
If you now choose to park your car next to the cottage or campsite, you will be charged 30 euros per day.
The sanitation system:
La Jaurie has its own independent sanitation systemin the form of septic tanks and phytoremediation systems including reeds and pond plants. Therefore, it is forbidden to dispose of chemicals in our sewers or empty chemical toilets. Every product must be biodegradable. Please contact us if you have any doubts about a product.
The swimming pool
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. There is no external supervision. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Children without adults will be asked to leave the pool. It is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We reserve the right to close the pool to improve water quality at any time and for an indefinite period. As the pool water is salt water, do not swim with sunscreen on your skin. Diving and bringing hard plastic objects into the pool are prohibited.
The playground
Is intended for children aged 6 to 12 years. Use is at your own risk. It can be used between 8:30 am and 9 pm. Maintenance is carried out by La Jaurie. We decline all responsibility for any physical or material damage during the use of the facilities or equipment present, whether accessible or not. Waste : We sort all our waste. Garbage bags containing several types of waste cannot be left on our premises. There is no residual waste! Next to the parking lot, there are recycling containers. Your green waste is welcome on the compost heap behind the barn. Stale bread without butter: in the bin next to the kitchen entrance. Waste from personal hygiene products: tampons, diapers, sanitary napkins, masks, gloves, cotton balls, paper towels, tissues, cigarette butts. You can return these to reception in 20L transparent bags. You cannot leave bulky items here.
Our dog is very cute, but still a beast. Please do not feed him. Avoid leaving food outside unattended. We feed him. Prevent your children from sitting on the dog or leaning on its back. A dog doesn't like that. It will feel threatened and might defend itself.
Your pet must always be kept on a leash. It is allowed to run in the field behind the stream. Its excrement must be removed from the campsite and deposited in the compost bins (without plastic bags).
Peace and quiet : Respect the tranquility of our site. No music or broadcasts audible outside your designated area. No loud noises after 10 PM and before 10 AM. Consumer mediation
According to Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, it is recalled that " every consumer has the right to free access to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute with a professional. To this end, the professional guarantees the consumer effective access to a consumer mediation service ." In this regard, EI MADELINDE, SIRET number 510 208945 00020 offers its Consumer Clients, in the event of disputes that have not been resolved amicably, the mediation of a consumer mediator, whose contact details are as follows:

Entire Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms and conditions of the rate reserved by the customer, and the booking confirmation or request constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No general or specific terms and conditions communicated by the customer shall be incorporated into these General Terms and Conditions. The documents forming the contractual commitments between the parties are, in descending order of priority, the booking confirmation or request (including the specific conditions of the reserved rate) and these general terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between the booking confirmation and the general terms and conditions, the provisions contained in the booking confirmation shall prevail with respect to the obligation in question. These general terms and conditions of online sale may be modified and/or supplemented by the establishment at any time. In this case, the new version of the general terms and conditions of online sale will be published online by the establishment.
